Hello Sister,

It's been what? Five years now? Sometimes it seems like yesterday. Sometimes it seems like forever.

Well, I'm a Gundam pilot now. Wreaking havoc and mayhem is my job. I know it's not what you wanted for me, but somebody has to free the colonies and it seems I'm okay at it. I don't like the killing and all, but I guess that's just part of being a soldier.

There are five of us pilots. Heero is really great, in an anal retentive, homicidal sort of way. Trowa is really quiet, but sometimes he says the most... profound things. You'd really love Quatre. I think God had him in mind when he created angels. And Wufei... well...

I just finished a mission. I know... on Christmas Eve? Maybe it was for the best. I had to destroy a mobile suit factory, and there weren't many people there, it being Christmas and all. I warned them before I blew it up, so I hope they got out. Now, I'm sitting in my Gundam, waiting for my next mission.

I remember that Christmas at the Church. It was my first, did you know that? It was also the best. We didn't have much, but that didn't matter; I had you and Father Maxwell. I was hoping me and the guys could spend the holiday together. I got them all presents and everything. I was going to sneak out and hang up decorations while they were sleeping tonight, but I got called for this mission instead, so I guess that's not going to happen this year. I just hope Quatre sees my note and gives the guys their gifts.

Well, the comm is beeping and it looks like my next mission has come in. I get so tired of it all. Say hi to Father for me, and if you see Solo, tell him I'm okay, please?
